With a Degree in Medicine (Haematologist), Ana Marques Pereira has been studying the History of Food for over 20 years. She has published several books on this topic, namely “Mesa Real. A Dinastia de Bragança” (Royal Table. The Bragança Dynasty). In 2008, she started a themed online blog entitled “Garfadas” (Fork Strokes). She has presented various speeches and courses on topics related to food and its history.
