Sociologist, Researcher and Author
Łukasz Bertram is a Graduate of the Institute of Sociology at the University of Warsaw.In September 2019, he submitted a PhD thesis on the Polish political elite of 1948–1956 and the biographical experiences of Polish communists. He has been a researcher for the National Science Centre and the Instituteof Sociology. He also researched the democratic opposition in Poland from 1976to 1989, being the author of two bookson the topic. He has published texts on the transformation of Poland’s political systemin 1989–1990 in “Kultura Liberalna”, “Polityka” and “Karta” publications.
