With a degree in Biology from the University of Évora, Nuno Sequeira attended a Master’s degree in Conservation Biology at the same university. He is a professor and biologist, and is assigned to Quercus (Portuguese Association for Nature Conservation) through Agência Portuguesa do Ambiente (Portuguese Environment Agency), where he designs activities for environmental education programmes. He is a member of the Quercus Biodiversity Working Group, where he coordinates several ongoing projects, and is a sitting member of the Portuguese Biologists Association.
