Rafael Pardo

Rafael Pardo Rueda is an Economist, with Urban and Regional Planning studies and a degree in International Affairs. He has worked as a Peace Advisor (1988-1990) – being responsible for the peace process that lead to the demobilization of the M-19. He held several political roles, such as Minister of National Defense, Senator

of the Republic, Leader of the Colombian Liberal Party, Minister of Labor and Mayor in charge of Bogota. He is the
author of several books.
