Bread is a staple of the human diet since time immemorial. To bring the best fresh bread to tables across Portugal, the Jerónimo Martins Group launched in 2008 a pioneering project: a fresh dough factory to ensure it could sell an industrially produced bread with the quality of an artisanal product.
